Shipping & Delivery Policy


We understand that your custom order arriving on time for your event is ESSENTIAL!  We never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept rush orders.


Free Standard Delivery:

All orders over $75.00 (not including sales taxes) receive FREE standard delivery- (9-10 business days, applicable to the continental US only)  and are shipped with USPS. Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our doors to the time it gets to yours, you’ll always know where your package is! Worldwide Delivery:

We are always expanding our delivery capabilities, and with UPS and FedEx making almost every city on the globe accessible to quick deliveries, the possibilities are truly endless. Just let us know where and when you need your shirts, and we can make it happen.


How Quickly Does My Order Ship?

As a modern garment decorating company living in a deadline-driven world, we make it a point to communicate with our customers every step of the way. If we have a question regarding your order, we will contact you via email. When your order is completed, an email confirmation containing your USPS (UPS or FEDEX for international orders) tracking information is sent straight to your email. Normal turn-around time is 2 to 3 business days from receipt of your order. [Note: Orders placed during Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday if it does not land on a national holiday].

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.



  • Full priced items may be returned for refund or exchange.

  • Items marked down in price (generally ending in $0.00):

    • Purchased with an additional discount or promotion code is a final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.


  • Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for refund or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge.

  • We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks.



If there is a problem with a product or an error on your order, e-mail or call 678.982.5651 and we will assist you. If we’ve sent you the wrong or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.



Return/Exchange slips are included with your shipment. Click here if you have lost your Return/Exchange form. Please return this completed form with item(s) you are returning or exchanging. Send the items in the original packaging (or a different packaging, as long as it’s unmarked and appropriately sized/protected). We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking as Natty Swole Life is not responsible for lost shipments.

Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed by our returns department. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment.


Once the returned item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no cost to you. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment.
